During the Premiere Season of the UFL, the Florida Tuskers devoted their days off to visiting youth organizations throughout the Orlando area. Given Shaud’s desire to impact young lives, Shaud did not miss a single community outreach coordinated by the team. On his first visit to the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida (Universal Studios Branch), Shaud immediately developed a special relationship with many of the children. Along with reading to some of the children, helping them with their homework, he also challenged them to games in their playroom. And, due to the bond he developed with the boys and girls, Shaud worked with the UFL to bring the kids to a Tuskers home game at the Citrus Bowl.
